Join Geshe Dangsong Namgyal for this short practice of Natural Mind Meditation from the Bön Dzogchen of Tibet. Geshe teaches this practice in a manner to benefit those of all walks of life—both the beginner and experienced practitioner. This is a great drop-in session if you are wanting to calm your mind and sit awhile. If you'd like a longer practice, you can pause the session for as long as you like!
