手工木綿豆腐材料:
一.自製醋酸鈣水
白醋(糯米醋)100cc,蛋殼2個
二.豆漿
黃豆400g,浸泡的水1200cc
打豆漿添加的水:1600cc,
煮豆漿添加的水:800cc
Ingredients :
100cc rice vinegar , 2 eggshell
400g Soybeans, 2400cc water
