Schind Machine HPB Ø32 TUBE BENDING MACHINE is developed thanks to our customer demands. The metal tube bender capacity designed Ø32 and 3mm thickness for standart pipes. Maximum metal tube bending radius is 250 mm and maximum bending angle is 190°. Standard working lenght is 2100mm but we can change it according to demand.

All of our machine parts are assembled after being processed on CNC machines. Electrical and hydraulic parts of well-known manufacturers complying with CE standards are used in our machine.
In tube bending machines that require enormous power, all parts of the powertrain (such as gears, chain, die sets) are made from high-carbon fabrication steel and are heat treated to further harden.
We manufacture Schind pipe bending machines as manual clamping, hydraulic clamping, NC and CNC in order to be able to bend pipes in different lengths according to customer demand.
The software used belongs to our own company and is a user-friendly program developed by Turkish engineers.
Touch screen bending automation provides ease of operation and efficiency in the time spent by the operator.
In our NC and CNC models, servo-controlled feeding and rotation axis movements are provided.
