300 Kg WHOLE BEEF ROAST | 6 Hours Roasting a Whole Buffalo Tandoor | Beef Mandhi Recipe

Today we roasted a whole buffalo in Our village . First of all we dug a large deep rectangular tandoor pit and build the pit with bricks and make arrangements needed for roasting the whole Buffalo. We marinate the whole Buffalo with spicy masalas and kept it to rest. And prepare the tandoor pit for roasting the Camel with charcoal fire. Then place the Marinated Buffalo inside the pit and close the tandoor for 6 hours... Finally the Roasted buffalo tasted yummy and awesome with Arabian mandhi rice..
