You can find the Sharp Tooth Shotgun either from Chests, Floor Loot, or by purchasing it from the Stingray NPC, just North of Lonely Labs. Stingray doesn't always spawn, perhaps he has an alternate spawn location. When you're going to hunt the Raptors, enable 'Visualize Sound Effects' as it makes your search go a whole lot faster.
