American teenager, Happy Rogers, doesn't speak fluent Chinese by accident. It was a byproduct of her father Jim Roger's decision to move the family to Singapore in 2007. Jim Rogers, a veteran Wall Street and co-founder of the Quantum Fund, has said in several interviews that China is “where the future is.”
