We set up camp on a remote cattle station, chase down barramundi in the creeks, hunt wild pigs through the bush, and throw in the pots hoping for a feed of freshwater prawns (cherabin).

From campfires and rugged station country to adrenaline-packed fishing and hunting action, this trip is everything we love about remote Australia. Will we land the barra, score a feed of cherabin, and bring home the bacon?
