Tips to Hit 10 steps a day

Celebrating 1 Million Steps.
Some Tips on how I hit my 10k + steps Daily

1. Take the long route , that extra 5 to 10% adds up fast

2. Walk every single call.
If it doesn't need a screen, I'm walking. Phone calls = free steps.

3. Park far, take the stairs — always
Small choices compound fast. These two habits alone add 1,000–1,500 steps daily.

4. Check my steps at midday
If I'm under 4,000 by noon, I know to push. No surprises at 9pm.

5. Walking pad or treadmill has been a huge help but before that i was just walking around my kitchen Island to make sure i hit those 10k steps +

6. Comfortable Shoes and quality socks is a must for me, no discomfort or sore feet to hold me back.

7. Never let two bad days happen in a row
Life happens. If I miss 10k one day, tomorrow is non-negotiable and holds a 10% tax 😂

8. At events , kids training, parties etc I stand and stroll.

These helped me Drop 70LBS in 4 Months 💪
