Any thoughts on this, and should I just remove the reviews + structured data from my site?

For all 3 locations, Business names in GMB and other local citation sites have the same exact name......with different phone and address.

Does it matter if the same exact business name used in multiple locations?
what is the downside and whats the right way to do it?
