FlexPro Meals is a pre-made meal delivery service that specializes in fitness and diet-specific meals (low-carb, high protein, etc). In the video we mention that our meals were frozen but they don't come that way and they don't need to be frozen. We just froze our meals so that they would last a little longer and give us time to film this review for you guys :).
