Let’s now discuss the Huawei Nova 5T specs. Talking about the specs, the first thing noticeable on the phone is a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display with a punch-hole cutout on the top. Huawei Nova 5T display comes with Full-HD resolution. So the content is definitely going to look sharp. However, while doing the Huawei Nova 5T vs Redmi K20 Pro display, colors look lively on the K20 Pro. So if you’ve come from K20 Pro, the Nova 5T may not please you much.

As for the cameras, Huawei Nova 5T features a quad-camera setup at the back. So with multiple cameras, you get better options while taking the images. The cameras are also decent for the price. While we performed Huawei Nova 5T camera review, the shots were good most of the time. Not quite on the flagship-level but it readily captures Instagram quality images. Talking about the Huawei Nova 5T front camera, you get a 32MP snapper here, which is tucked neatly inside the punch-hole cutout.

On to the performance side of things, you get the flagship-level Kirin 980 chipset, which was also used on the Mate 20 Pro and the Huawei P30 Pro. So the performance is really impressive here. Taking about the Huawei Nova 5T AnTuTu benchmark, you get a score of around 300k. Not close to premium flagship smartphones out there but a way ahead of the mid-rangers out there. Even on our Huawei Nova 5T gaming test, the phone fared really well. I was able to play graphic-heavy heavy games without an issue. My Huawei Nova 5T PUBG gameplay had been absolutely delightful as the game ran at high settings without any lags or stutters. Similar was the case during my Huawei Nova 5T Call of Duty Mobile gameplay. So you are well- covered on all aspects of the gaming front.

But what’s really awkward with the device is the placement of the fingerprint sensor. Huawei Nova 5T fingerprint scanner is placed at the right edge of the phone. It’s basically a power button with a fingerprint scanner. As for the battery, you get a 3750mAh unit on this device. Due to the software optimizations and the power-efficient chipset, Huawei nova 5t battery life is really impressive. The phone can back you up easily for one whole day.
