C4D basic tutorial, export UV template to Photoshop for editing (UNWRAP UV)

Sick of digging through half-hour long tutorials for the answer to a simple question "How do I export a uv map I can edit in Photoshop?", then look no further.

It was like pulling teeth trying to get this simple information (as I guess everyone assumes we somehow already know?). So hopefully it saves someone some time.
