La Pavoni Grouphead gasket replacement Part 1and 2

Stefano of Stefano's Espresso Care is showing you how to remove a grouphead gasket and shower screen from a Pavoni lever machine.
To reposition:
Clean the groove from coffee residues and then apply very small amount of food-grade temperature rated grease (example "108-H" from our online store).
Place the gasket (new or still pliable undamaged used gasket) around the shower screen then position them together in the grouphead groove. With a wide, flat-blade "stubby" screwdriver (do not use a sharp tool) start pushing up on the gasket, working your around it, going all the way around until it's mostly seated. Remove the basket from the portafilter and engage the portafilter, rotating it all the way in and, as always, counter balancing on the lever to further seat the gasket. Reinstall the basket in the portafilter and engage it one last time. You should be ready to test with coffee.
