Rapper Cardi B has been on a meteoric rise to legendary status since first hitting the scene in Love & Hip Hop: New York. From dancing in a club to hitting the top of the charts, her success is undeniable. But her ascension to superstardom has attracted some critics who reportedly can't stand Cardi B.

Cardi B made a beeline for the charts with "Bodak Yellow," but not everyone was impressed by the rapper's overnight success. Comedian Sommore ignited drama with Cardi in 2017, after she shared a now-deleted clip of the "Bodak Yellow" video to her Instagram with the caption,

"Just cause [you're] busy don't mean [you're] winning… You better be reading [your] paperwork!"

Cardi didn't waste any time clapping back at Sommore, commenting,

"I know you must be so busy and overbooked that finding the time to give me 'advice' was hard. But I talk to Christ and my mother everyday and I don't need it!!!"

Sommore reportedly turned off her Instagram comments after Cardi's message and never issued a response.
