How to set day & date on Casio MRW200H Watch

I often see that people have trouble/claim the day date function breaks right out of box. two words: google it. if the watch is knocked, or IS BEING ADJUSTED BY USER close to when the day/date is to change (within 2-3 hours) it will malfunction. Adjust time first, rotate it 48 hours of so to see when the day and date change (maybe around what would be one, two, or three a.m. it will change) rotate to about what 6 a.m. would be, and then set your date. after you set your date set your time foward to the time it is "at the moment" it will not malfunction and day/date will have changed around when you wake up in the morning.
