Creating a Conscious Work Environment | The Conscious Business Challenge (Week 3)

In this week’s challenge, look for ways to create a more conscious environment in your office or line of work.

As Eckhart Tolle often discusses, most if not all of today’s predominant business structures and economic systems arose from what he calls the “egoic state of consciousness.” If your profession exists within these systems, you may have noticed that your commitment to a higher level of awareness might seem more or less incompatible.

In this week’s challenge video, Eckhart speaks to an inventor in the health-care field seeking guidance in changing the system from within, in order to serve both the needs of patients and the financial powers that be.

*WEEK 3 PRACTICES*
This week, we challenge you to join our community in “manifesting from the fullness of the present moment,” in whatever line of work you find yourself. In this way, you can play a more effective role in improving circumstances and helping evolve outdated systems in today’s society. Here are some of Eckhart’s suggestions for practice:

1. Focus first on who you are in your essence (not on the problems you see), and allow the universe to work through you to bring in something new
2. Don’t compromise on what you’re called to do—instead, seek ways to consciously create the changes you wish to see
3. Manifest from within—let go of the belief that you need to attract something from the outside
4. “Feel its reality already” and do not postpone your sense of accomplishment

Most of us work within structures that are long overdue for change. We wish you well this week in helping to manifest a new vision for the systems in which you participate.
