The following video was captured at the intersection of N Knoll Dr and Hillsboro Dr. in Spicer Heights at 11:14:32 PM on May 27, 2019 by Michael Baum. From the vantage point of the camera, Kemp Road is to the left and Grange Hall Road is straight ahead. The tornado can be seen in the background by pausing around the 31-32 second mark.
