Olivier Russian Salad with vegan mayonnaise/ Vegan mayo recipe
Olivier Russian salad with vegan mayonnaise, vegan mayo recipe is what we have for today's video, guys! This is my take on this Russian classic side dish which dates from the 1800s (1860 to be precise), appreciated all over the world and in this video Ill show you how to make this classic using vegan mayonnaise made with soy milk.

Ingredients for Olivier Russian salad with vegan mayonnaise/ Vegan mayo:
-- For the Russian salad/ Olivier salad:
-1 cup of boiled potatoes
-1 cup of blanched carrots
-1/2 cup of corn
-1/2 cup of peas
-1/2 cup of vegan ham or vegan Bologne
-1/2 cup of cucumber pickles
-1/3 cup of chopped parsley
-salt (if necessary)
-- For the vegan mayonnaise:
-50 ml/1.70 fl.oz of UNSWEETENED soy milk
-vegetable oil
-apple cider vinegar or lemon juice or any acid of your preference
-salt to taste
