SAMSUNG WASHER KEEPS RECYCLING, WON'T COMPLETE WASH

Our Samsung front loader washer kept repeating the spin cycle, and wouldn't get to the end. The washer worked fine without any clothes in it, but when clothes were in the tub, then it runs thru the cycle down to 14 minutes, then jumps back to 19 minutes, then runs to 14 again, then back to 19 min. It keeps doing this until we turn it off.
We tried all the fixes we could find online, and by consulting Samsung customer service, and other appliance techs, but nothing worked, until we finally called a Sears Samsung technician, who told us that the spider arms for the main tub bearing are cracked. In the video, we show how to test for a cracked spider arm.
It's expensive to replace the spider arms and main bearing, especially in an old machine, so we recycled it, and purchased a new washer..
