SO MUCH IMPROVEMENT! - No Moisture Treatment Part 3.5

Topical Steroid Withdrawal is really challenging. However, I saw sooo much improvement during this phase and I share the reasons why in this VLOG.

I decided to make this informal chatty part an extended bit of Part III. The reason being that I want these Vlogs to accurately represent the phases that the body goes through. Although time is an indicator, each person is so different. Therefore, your Part II may be two months, two weeks or two days, for me, Part III was a period where I started to make some proper dedicated changes such as major reduction in water intake and being strict about it AND SAW MAJOR CHANGES!
