Test WingSUP, la wing sans le foil (Eng subtitles)

Il y a pas mal d’interrogation sur l’utilisation de la wing avec une planche de sup sans foil. Cette pratique était assez mise en avant par les marques il y a 1 an mais personnellement je n’ai jamais vu quelqu’un en faire et il y a très très peu de retour sur le web.
Après avoir testé une première fois il y a 1 an et progresser en wingfoil, j'ai décidé de retester le wingsup pour vous donner mon avis sur cette pratique et j’en profite à mon niveau, pour vous donner quelques astuces.

There are quite a few questions about using the wing without a foil. This practice was fairly put forward by brands 1 year ago but personally I have never seen anyone do it and there is very little feedback on the web.
After testing for the first time 1 year ago and making progress in wingfoil, I decided to test again the wingsup to give you my opinion on this and I take this opportunity to give you some tips at my level.
