I searched for the cheapest dumbbells in the world, found these things, ordered them, had some problems with receiving them (took 4 months). Finally got them and we tested the dumbbells out.

Turns out, these things are really fun, I uploaded the video where we test them out and the top comments was this: 'Put em' in the freezer and you'll have a pair of solid dumbells.'
