Kadai Chicken & Chicken-Do-Pyaza - 2 Quick Cloud Kitchen Chicken Recipes at home!

These rich gravy dishes are perfect for family dinners and are always a hit on the menu. In fact, #KadhaiChicken is one of the most popular and best-selling chicken dishes around!

In this video, I'll show you how to prepare both of these mouth-watering dishes in just a few minutes using a pre-prepared Chicken Base Gravy and my special Master gravies - Chop Masala, Makhani Gravy, and White Gravy. This makes the process super quick and easy, whether you're cooking at home or in a commercial kitchen.

Ingredients : Chicken Do Pyaza
- Chicken (Half Portion): 6 Pcs
- Chicken Base Gravy: 1/2 cup
- Chop Masala: 150gms
- White Gravy: 80gms
- Makhani Gravy: 60gms
- Sabut Jeera: 1/2 teaspoon
- Kalonji: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: According to taste
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Haldi: 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander Jeera Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Green Chillies: 2
- Diced Onion: 1 Large
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Garam Masala: 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger Juliennes & Dhaniya for Garnishing

Ingredients : Kadai Chicken
- Chicken (Half Portion): 6 Pcs
- Chicken Base Gravy: 1/2 cup

- Sabut Red Chilli: 1 or 2
- Crushed Coriander: 1/2 teaspoon
- Kadai Powder: 1 Heaped teaspoon
- Salt: According to taste
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Haldi: 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander Jeera Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped Garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Ginger: 1/4 teaspoon
- Green Chillies: 1 to 2
- Diced Onion: 1 Large
- Diced Capsicum: 1
- Butter: 1 teaspoon
- Cream: 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala: 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger Juliennes & Dhaniya for Garnishing
