Pre-heat the oven to 375* Fahrenheit.
Pull pre-made @traderjoes #glutenfree pie crust out of the freezer.
Mix:

1.5 cups half and half
2 eggs
1/2 cup #coconutsugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
