2. Can only catch the first Poison Type Pokémon I find on each route (Species Clause); This includes Pokémon that evolve INTO Poison types, but does NOT include non-Poison Pokémon that evolved from Poison types!

4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4's ace (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode
