Standard Chartered's big bet on digital assets

Standard Chartered bank CFO Diego De Giorgi says digital assets like stablecoins and cryptocurrencies may 'change the payment landscape of the world.' In July, StanChart became the first major bank to facilitate spot trading in crypto for institutional customers. On Bloomberg Chief Future Officer, De Giorgi and CEO Bill Winters tell Anna Edwards why they're setting the bank on a course to support clients' access to digital assets and payment mechanisms.
