In this ride, I parked at the Lee + White development in West End Atlanta and set out to navigate the Westside section of the Atlanta BeltLine for the first time. If you’re new to cycling or looking for a smooth, scenic route to get started, this trail is a great place to begin.

I break down what to expect—from trail conditions and navigation tips to the overall vibe of the Westside BeltLine—so you can feel more confident getting out there yourself. Whether you're riding a regular bike or an e-bike, this is about building consistency, enjoying the journey, and taking that first step into a healthier lifestyle. Riding from Lee + White parking lot out pass Washington Park then over to where the trail ends at Southwest trail.
