INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Beef (Sirloin), slice into bite size pieces
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (light)
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 cup Water
2 cups Sprite or more
1 cup Mushroom, sliced
1 tsp Cornstarch dilute with 1/4 cup Water
