Excerpts from Bill Whelan's The Seville Suite

Although the Riverdance Show and its music appeared to be an overnight success, elements of the Riverdance music had been developing over many years prior to the phenomenon that is Riverdance. The Seville Suite is a perfect example of this, composed by Bill Whelan, his first major orchestral work, it features many of the traditional soloists who later performed in the original Riverdance performances.
