ALASKA VLOG // Seward Trip - Harbor 360 Hotel, Alaska SeaLife Center, Major Marine Tours Day Cruise

Stellar Sea Lions, Puffins, Humpback Whales - OH MY!

Sean and I had the most amazing time in Seward, Alaska! Seward is one of my favorite towns in Alaska. We took advantage of the resident discount for the "Sea & Stay Getaway" package. We also went to the Alaska SeaLife Center. It opened back in 1998 and is the only facility in Alaska of its kind. They do marine research, education, and wildlife response. When I was younger one of the things I wanted to be was a marine biologist. I dreamed of doing internships at this place! While I obviously didn't go this route in my adulthood, I still have so much love and admiration for the ocean and its treasures.

We ate so much yummy food, even while on keto (okay, not going to lie - I did treat myself to some fresh summer rolls). We had food from Woody's Thai Kitchen (fondly named after Alaska SeaLife Center's very own Stellar Sea Lion, Woody. He unfortunately passed away a year or so ago), The Salmon Bake Restaurant, and Firebrand BBQ.
