Is it better to learn German in Germany?

Many learners are told that it is best to learn a language in the country where it is spoken. This is not only a myth but also very stress- and at times can be harmful. The best way to learn German is in a safe, distraction-poor environment. Being abroad is neither the one nor the other. There are more good reasons to stay where you are esp. when you are a beginner (until you've reached B1 level in German). Watch the video to get them all.
