Pepperoni Snack Sticks Bradley Smoker

This is a great Snack Stick from the Bradley Smoker. From start of smoke to end it took a little over 1 1/2 hours of smoke time. let me know what other things you would like to see.

Pepperoni Snack Sticks

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef (80/20)

1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of paprika

1.5 teaspoons of Morton’s Tender quick salt

1 tablespoon of fennel seed

1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

1 teaspoon of mustard seed

1/4 cup water
