30 min Full Body Bodyweight HIIT At Home | No repeat + No equipment Full Workout

This full body HIIT workout at home is a no repeat as well as no equipment bodyweight workout. We will have two blocks of exercises each of them including ten bodyweight HIIT exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 40 secs long followed by 20 secs rest. We will finish the workout with an afterburner of which each exercise will be performed for 35 secs followed by 15 secs rest.

Please find below the script of today's bodyweight no equipment no repeat full workout:

BLOCK01
1. TAP DOWN REACH UP
2. PUSH UP HOLD PLANK JACKS
3. SHUFFLE LUNGES
4. RUSSIAN TWIST KNEE TUCKS
5. H.WALKOUT PLANK
6. BOUNCE SQUAT TOE TOUCH
7. LOW PLANK STEPS
8. 4x HIGH KNEE FLAT
9. CRAB WALK
10. 4x M.C. 2x SPIDER KNEE TUCK

BLOCK02
1. KNEE LUNGE JUMPS
2. HIGH KNEE PULL DOWN
3. 2x PUSH UP 1x LAUNCHER
4. HIGH PLANK KNEE TUCK
5. KNEE DROP LOW HIP JACKS
6. T-ROTATION KNEE TUCK
7. JUMPING LUNGE & FRONT LUNGE
8. ALTERNATING JACKKNIFE
9. FRONT JUMP SQUAT H.WALK
10. REVERSE PLANK TOE TOUCH

AFTER BURN
1. SQUAT JUMPS
2. 4x JUMP JACK 4x P.JACKS
3. HIP TWIST
4. RATCHET SQUAT
5. HIGH KNEE JACK
6. LOW PLANK SPIDER TUCK
7. BOUNCE SQUAT FRONT JUMP
