The BeFit Massage Gun is a great option if you are looking for massage guns! It pounds hard, had a decent battery and great reach! Massage guns are great for recovery, but I also like them to help warm-up my muscles as well. I often get knee pain and it quickly goes away after using this on my quads, hamstrings and IT Band.
