Is Subway’s Tuna Sandwich Actually Made of Tuna?
Subway is one of the biggest sandwich makers in the country. Lately, it’s the tuna that’s getting attention. In a lawsuit, two California customers claim the tuna does “not contain tuna or have any ingredient that constitutes tuna.” Subway says the allegations in the lawsuit are false and that they use100% real tuna. So, does Subway’s tuna product have tuna? In an Inside Edition investigation, we purchased three tuna salads from stores in New York and then sent samples from them to a lab for testing.
