Atta Cake Recipe | Atta Cake | Eggless Atta Cake Without Oven | Kitchen Affairs

Atta Cake (Wheat Cake) is a healthy version of a regular cake. It is a cake prepared from one of the healthiest ingredients i.e. Atta or Wheat Flour. Wheat Flour is much healthier than All purpose flour and that is the reason why it makes this cake a healthier cake. Inspite of using Atta,this cake is very moist ,soft & spongy. This is a very simple recipe with all the basic ingredients that can be found in any household.

Note: Cook the cake on low flame entirely. The cake will take about 25 to 30mins on low flame to be completely cooked. Keep the flame on low for the entire process.
