For a while, I thought Deus Ex was the most important game ever made. I said that because of the standard it set for gameplay, music, graphics (at the time), story and immersion. But that was before I played System Shock 2. Now, I'm not so sure. Like Deus Ex, System Shock 2 inspired so many games that followed after.
