Aliexpress Sunster 12V 5KW diesel Water heater BAD QUALITY warranty claim broken on arrival. E-08
This "Sunster factory store" heater model XMZ-D3 was broken on arrival from Aliexpress / Hcalory / Renqiu Xinmaizhong Auto Parts.
According to the manual error E-08 is "fan short circuit". The fan makes a very high noise, so over current is reasonable.
What is not reasonable is that I was offered only a fraction of the cost as a refund. A full refund or new delivery is what I would need.
