Creating Curb Appeal (Part 1)

What happens when two avid gardeners meet and fall in love but neither has a garden? That was us for three years. But we bought our Hollywood Dream Home and are slowly making a beautiful forever home for ourselves. We have a bland and uninspired patch in the front yard and we thought it would be a weekend project... Here are the first five days: Digging out and removing all the old, entangled gopher netting, getting the space ready for new gopher net and (the fun part!) A trip to a beautiful nursery - Roger's Gardens. This is part one.
