One of my first Long Cycle workouts after 3 months is BIATHLON (Jerk, Snatch)

Feels awesome!
It’s good to have experience, and later the memories of a fun, easy, 10 minutes set!
Good for kettlebell lifter mental health.

When 10 minutes sets are always Important, always heavy, always hard is too much load to carry.
Difficult to get excited about it.

Beginning of a training cycle should be no stress , light weights , BUT, long sets:
investment into your endurance ✅
opportunity to safely work on your lifting technique ✅
