Toyota Vitz PCV Valve Check

Toyota Vitz PCV Valve takes build up pressure above the cylinder head because of escape compression air passing the valves through the valve seals. This built up pressure enters the PCV valve and is rerouted into the engine intake.
The PCV valve in this Toyota Vitz is an interesting design because it is not screwed in but pushed in. This allows a blocked PCV valve to still release pressure by pushing out the valve itself if excess pressure is built up and thus preventing and explosion of the compartment above the cylinder head.
