KNIGHTS OF HONOR 2: GRAND STRATEGY MEETS TOTAL WAR

Knights of Honor 2: Sovereign is no doubt one of the most hotly anticipated historical grand strategy games of 2021. This sequel to Knights of Honor 1 which came out over 15 years ago looks like a real time version of Medieval Total War, with modern looking visuals, grand strategy management with proper Total War battles!

In this video I explore everything we know about Knights of Honor 2: Sovereign so far, my thoughts about the future of historical strategy and why I think this game in particular could be a fantastic meeting point between Grand Strategy and Total War.

There are loads of great historical strategy games in the works such as Manor Lords, Builders of Egypt and others so I think it's important to cover these games and analyse how good they're going to be and how different they will be to what we've had so far!
