Solar Batteries not Holding their Charge Part 1 of 3

I noticed i was filling my batteries with more distilled water than other batteries and i noticed i wasnt keeping the charge all night. after some volt testing, current testing i found 1 battery that was at 4 volts it should be 6. i think it was bringing the rest down with it. i rewired the system to maintain 24v but now less total amps. we will see how it does.
