One of Medipur and Orissa special dish.
Material required-
1. 1cup urad dal (soaked for 2hr)
2. 2cup rice flour
3. salt
4 oil
5. Tava & spatula
Process:
Make paste of urad dal in mixer
The batter texture should be medium
Not too thick or thin.
Add rice flour salt and keep aside for whole night. On the next day it's ready to fry on tava .
