hier is the calculation again: The riven and Spoiled Strike reduce the attack speed of Plasma Sword to 0.133.
now 0,133 x 0,25(Nova slow) x 0,25(Valkyr Slow ) x 0,2(Zenurik blast slow) x 0,75(Cold proc ) x 0,2(Nekros slow) = 0 . 0 0 0 2 4 9 3 7 5 = BRUUUUUUUH
