BNS DHARA SECTION 1 TO 358
बीएनएस भारत का नया आपराधिक कानून कोड है, जिसने ब्रिटिश युग से चले आ रहे पुराने कानूनों को खत्म कर दिया है और आज के समाज की वर्तमान जरूरतों के अनुसार भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) को भारतीय दंड संहिता (IPC) 1860 की जगह लागू करने के लिए बनाया गया हैं।
पुराने कानून (आईपीसी) में कुल 511 धाराएं थी और नए कानून (बीएनएस) में कुल 358 धाराएं है। जिसका मतलब है पुराने कानून से कई धाराओं को हटाया गया है और कुछ धारा में संशोधन किया गया है। सभी धाराओं के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी आप नीचे देख सकते है।
