Turbulence in a Microlight Trike

Haven't done a lot of flying lately due to persistent northwest wind. As any pilot in Canterbury will testify these warm winds that flow over the southern alps are capable of causing severe turbulence. In this flight I encounter a gentle norwester which still creates it's own set of challengers with turbulence on finals in a microlight trike.
