Positive minute: Snowshoe Ceremony
Every year the Cree Nation of OujéBougoumou celebrates their children’s first few steps on snowshoes. The annual Snowshoe Walking Out Ceremony is one of many traditional cultural events that still take place within Cree communities in Quebec. Visit the community and participate in an event to learn more about today’s First Nations cultures!
