Ingredients:-
Pulicha keerai/Sour spinach - 1Bunch
Dry Red Chilli - 15nos(Per Taste)
Dry Corriander/Thaniya - 2Tablespoons
Fenugreek - 1Teaspoon
Salt - As required
Cooking/Gingelly/Groudnut Oil - 75ml

In this video I have shown you the making process of Gongura Keerai so called as Sour Spinach and in Tamil Pulicha Keerai. This has more medicinal benefits which I have explained in video only few from them. This is the best medicine to boost your Immunity and increase your Vitamin 'C' so which is most wanted to us at this situation so, if you find this keerai near by your place never miss to buy.
