New York Detectives, Richards (Jalal Merhi) and Masterson (Cynthia Rothrock) reunite to pursue escapade serial killer Chong (Bolo Yeung) into the ancient caverns beneath San Francisco’s Chinatown on the eve of the Chinese New Year.
